OmniFlow Digital provides marketing automation, Smartsheet consulting, AI tools, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. SMS / Text Message Program

Program Description: OmniFlow Digital operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and leads. Through this program, we may send the following types of messages:

Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, account alerts, service updates, and other non-promotional communications related to your relationship with OmniFlow Digital.
Promotional/Marketing messages: Special offers, product announcements, newsletters, and other marketing content about OmniFlow Digital services (only if you have explicitly opted in to marketing SMS).

How to Opt In: You opt in to SMS communications by providing your phone number and checking the appropriate SMS consent checkbox on our forms. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

How to Opt Out (Text STOP): You may opt out of any or all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Age Restriction: Our SMS program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send marketing SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our services without authorization
