Why publish prices when most Smartsheet consultants don't?
Hidden pricing wastes everyone's time. If we're not in your range, we'd rather you find that out now than after a 30-minute discovery call. If we are, you've got something concrete to plan against.
Which engagement model is right for me?
Quick rule of thumb: Hourly buckets fit teams with intermittent or seasonal needs. Retainers fit teams with consistent ongoing work or active rollouts. Pay-as-you-go fits teams with one defined project. The fastest way to be sure is a free 20-minute consult—we'll tell you which one fits and why.
What if I run out of hours mid-project?
You can buy another bucket at the same tier or step up to a larger one. We'll never quietly bill over your purchased hours—you always know where you stand.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Buckets are pre-paid blocks with no renewal commitment. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice to change or cancel. Pay-as-you-go projects are one-time fixed-price engagements.
Can I switch between engagement models?
Yes. Many clients start with a bucket to test fit and move to a retainer once they know they want ongoing support. We'll help you pick the right model at intake and change it later if your needs shift.
Do you offer discounts or seasonal promotions?
We don't run promotions. Volume discounts are already built into the tiers—bigger buckets and bigger retainers come with lower effective hourly rates.
Are payment plans available?
Buckets and retainers are paid upfront (or monthly for retainers). Larger pay-as-you-go projects ($7,500+) can be split 50/50—half at scope sign-off, half at delivery.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
For the first 5 hours of any new engagement, if you decide we're not the right fit, we refund the unused balance—no questions asked. After that, we don't issue blanket refunds, but we always work to make things right.
Do you work with companies that aren't on Smartsheet yet?
Sometimes. If you've made the decision to adopt Smartsheet and are setting up the environment, yes. If you're still evaluating platforms, we're not the right partner—we work inside Smartsheet, not around it.
Can the AI Tools be used in ChatGPT and Claude both?
Yes. All Skills are Claude-native and also work inside ChatGPT. Training documents are available on request for ChatGPT and Gemini users.
